<description>I am a yoga teacher and have been asked by a friend if I would consider doing a one-time yoga class for a group with Alzheimer's disease. I found your article and was very impressed with what I read. I was wondering if you might share with me a few ideas as to how I might go about doing the class. I believe it would need to be chair yoga. Thanks for any input you may provide.
